Umbrella cooperation agreement between Post and DHL Express Serbia signed
The Post of Serbia and "DHL Express Serbia" concluded an umbrella cooperation agreement today, opening the door to a new era in the provision of logistics and postal services in our country.
The agreement signed by the Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, and the General Manager of DHL Express Serbia, Fionn Herriott, marks the union of two key actors in the field of postal services in Serbia, whose cooperation will bring even faster and more reliable delivery to the citizens of Serbia, a wider range of services and a better connection with global markets.
"This cooperation is not only a strategic step towards the improvement of logistics and postal services in Serbia, but also an opportunity to increase our global visibility. Through this cooperation, together with DHL, we are creating a bridge between Germany and Serbia, strengthening our role on the global market. We are open and ready for international cooperation and growth," said the Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević.
The reliability and quality of the services of the Post of Serbia, as well as the great customer trust, the equipment and networking and the quick and efficient response to the needs of the users, are the reasons why DHL chose this public enterprise as a partner, primarily in the areas of providing postal and other services, including providing postal items delivery via parcel machines, as well as logistics services, innovation and digitalization services.
After the signing, the delegation of "DHL Express Serbia" and the Post of Serbia held a meeting regarding the development of cooperation in the four most important areas - parcel machines, the construction of a logistics centre in Batajnica, the provision of DHL services in post offices and the preparation of a joint offer of printing centre services of the Post of Serbia.
