Regular meeting with union representatives
Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, met today with the representatives of the "PTT Serbia", “PE PTT Transport of Serbia", “Independence" and the "Worker" Trade Unions which he informed about the business operation results in the previous seven months, current projects and important issues that are related to the improvement of working conditions and employee rights.
At the meeting, which was attended by the Director of the HR Management Function, Danijela Rajković, the topic was the employment of new people, the current systematization and reorganization, and the topics for the meeting with the Ministry of Finance, which will be initiated by the Post of Serbia, were discussed. They also discussed the ways in which the material position of employees can be improved in the coming period, in order to reach the average salary in the Republic of Serbia and competitive companies.
At the meeting, it was agreed that the unions will attend tomorrow's meeting of the Project Group for Systematization of Jobs, in order to be informed about the systematization proposal before sending the proposal to the Ministry of Finance.
"The Ministry of Finance and KPMG monitored the systematization, reorganization and organization of work and technological processes and had no objections. I am deeply convinced that the implementation of the new systematization will yield positive results," said Đorđević and announced the following discussions with the unions before the meeting with the Ministry of Finance.
