Safety of facilities and employees at the Post of Serbia at a high level
The Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, today received Momčilo Grbić, an employee of the Control and Operations Centre of the Post of Serbia, who prevented an attempted robbery at the post office on Bulevara Kralja Aleksandra Street with a timely and quick reaction, i.e. by informing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia.
"The safety of the employees and facilities of the Post of Serbia is at a high level, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we are constantly improving it. "With the combined quick and efficient work of employees in the Control and Operations Centre of the Post of Serbia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, our citizens can feel safe and protected," said Đorđević, who congratulated Grbić on his timely reaction.
Đorđević added that the technical protection systems at PE Post of Serbia have been strengthened with the latest and most modern video surveillance technology in real time, 24 hours a day, as well as the installation of alarms and panic buttons, in order to improve security.
