Meetings held with Trade Unions
Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đođević, held meetings today with representatives of the following trade unions: PTT Serbia, PE PTT Traffic of Serbia, Independence, and Worker, with the aim of providing information about the plans of management and exchanging opinions on the upcoming reorganization and systematization of PE Post of Serbia.
At the meeting held at the Company's headquarters, the trade unions were introduced to the outline plan of the new organization in a conversation with the President of the Supervisory Board of the Post of Serbia, Boriša Šarenac, Director of the Postal Network Function, Mirjana Rafael, and Director of the HR Management Function, Danijela Rajković.
The following meeting with trade union representatives is scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, when management will hear the unions’ suggestions, proposals and comments on the proposed model.
