Cooperation between Post of Serbia and AI Institute of Serbia made official
Acting Director of the Post of Serbia Zoran Đorđević and Acting Director of the Research and Development Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia, prof. Dubravko Ćulibrk, PhD, signed a cooperation agreement today, which foresees the implementation of joint technical and scientific research projects.
"In the coming period, the Post of Serbia plans intensive cooperation and connection with the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia through joint projects, development of new technologies and joint application of scientific achievements. The Post of Serbia is one of the carriers of the development of electronic administration, and we will use the potential of artificial intelligence for further improvement and modernization of our services and services for citizens and business users," said Đorđević.
Dubravko Ćulibrk said that the joint efforts of the Institute and PE Post of Serbia will lead to concrete results and the creation of innovations that will contribute to the further development and application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in Serbia, but also to the improvement of our society as a whole.
"Artificial intelligence can help quickly and accurately process large amounts of data, such as information on postal items, addresses, delivery times, and other relevant information, which can help improve postal item tracking processes and reduce delivery times. Artificial intelligence has the potential to optimize processes and increase business efficiency, which could result in a better quality of services for end users, but also increase competitiveness," said Ćulibrk.
With the combined activities of these two institutions, they will try to encourage other companies to cooperate with the Institute, and the plan is to organize joint professional and scientific gatherings and educational lectures.
