Working visit to the Post of Slovenia
The delegation of PE Post of Serbia led by the special advisor to the director of the Post of Serbia, Nebojša Denda, carried out a working visit to the Post of Slovenia, with the aim of further improving cooperation, exchanging experiences and passing on examples of good practice.
At a meeting held in Maribor, which was attended by representatives of the Human Resources Management Function and the Supporting Function of Strategy and Business Risk Assessment on behalf of the Post of Serbia, colleagues from the Post of Slovenia shared their experiences of the reform and reorganization process of the Post of Slovenia.
Since the activities aimed at improving the existing organizational structure have started in the Post of Serbia, on this occasion, optimal organizational models and ways to increase the efficiency of the system's operations were discussed, as well as the development of postal and parcel services.
