With the aim of strengthening and promoting female entrepreneurship, the second national award competition of the Post of Serbia "100 successful business women" is open to female entrepreneurs, founders and legal representatives of small businesses and associations in rural areas and other non-urban areas from the territory of the entire Serbia. Information, conditions of the competition and application forms are available on the website preduzetnice.posta.rs. The success of presented business activities or business ideas, awards in the field of business or creativity, socially responsible activities are part of the evaluation criteria.

For the 100 best female candidates according to the evaluation of the expert committee, the Post of Serbia will provide national visibility in the form of free advertising space in more than 1,500 post offices throughout Serbia, which will make their businesses more visible and competitive on the goods and services market. In addition to being presented in an online and printed brochure, which will be available free of charge to users of postal services in branches of all post offices in Serbia, the winners and their businesses will be presented on monitors in post offices, on the corporate website and on the official profiles of the Post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and the YouTube channel.

"As a socially responsible company, it is our duty to support the economic empowerment of women, the development of entrepreneurship and female entrepreneurship, to expand cooperation and start a tradition by which we influence the growth of small businesses and balanced economic and regional development. Bearing in mind the interest, results and success of last year's competition, this year we decided to support women from rural and non-urban areas, and the Post of Serbia will once again reward the best business ideas and ventures with a free promotion. In addition to free advertising, we will provide special benefits for everyone who opts for business cooperation with the Post. We believe that female entrepreneurs recognize the importance of this initiative for their better positioning on the market and better business operations and that they will respond in large numbers", said Zoran Đorđević.

"It is important to create a climate for equal business development in our society. Participating in the project helps female entrepreneurs to be heard and for their business to be known. It's a kind of free advertisement, and we all know that marketing is the most important thing when we have our own business", said Dragana Janjić.

"In our country, about 35 percent of businesses and entrepreneurships are owned by women. That number is growing every year. We have done a lot, there is a lot of work ahead of us, and we will work intensively in the coming period to increase that number. We especially emphasize the importance of economic empowerment of women in rural and non-urban areas, and that is why we believe that this type of promotion for women who do business in those areas is extremely important. I use this opportunity to invite all our members, especially those who operate in rural areas and non-urban areas, to apply for this exceptional competition", said Branislava Simanić.
