Postal Network Function Director on a repeated visit to Kosovo and Metohija

By order of Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, representatives of the management of the Post of Serbia provide support to employees and the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija during the return visit of the Director of the Postal Network Function Dejan Šijak and his associates to the post offices of the Working Unit "Kosovo and Metohija".

With the head of the Kosovo-Pomoravlje District, Davor Petković, the delegation of the Post of Serbia visited the municipalities of the Kosovo-Pomoravlje region. After the village of Ranilug in the municipality of Kosovska Kamenica, a visit to post offices in Šilovo, Draganac, Pasjan, Parteš, Vrbovac, Drajkovac, Štrpac followed, ending a tour with a visit to branches in Brezovica, Kosovo Polje, Plemetina and Prilužje. In the conversation with the employees, there was talk about working conditions, as well as possible problems and pressures to which they are exposed.

Director Šijak opened a new post office in the village of Vrbovac in the municipality of Vitina, according to the plans of the Enterprise for the continuous expansion of the network and the creation of a better environment for employees and customers.

"It is a great honour to be with our employees in Kosovo and Metohija again, and the reason is the seriousness of the situation we are exposed to as a country. Post of Serbia will always have its employees in mind and will not leave them to themselves. We are a big family, a serious company that has big plans for the future, which include all of you who make an immeasurable contribution to the survival of the Post of Serbia in the defence of our homeland. I convey to you the greetings of Director Zoran Đorđević with a message to persevere and that you will always have our helping hand. And in the future, we will tirelessly work together to achieve our common plans and goals", said Dejan Šijak.

The delegation then visited the Draganac monastery, the endowment of Prince Lazar from the 14th century, not far from Gnjilan.
