Management with Post Office Managers in Subotica
Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, Director and Deputy Director of the Postal Network Function, Dejan Šijak and Viktor Kostić, held a meeting with post office managers from Subotica and Sombor today at the headquarters of the Regional Working Unit in Subotica in order to acquaint employees with the current projects and new tendencies in the Enterprise.
Among other things, Đorđević introduced the managers to the reward system through the system of incentives and salary corrections, as well as the method of calculating overtime hours. The Director, speaking about other current issues, announced that in the coming days, all employees who work for a definite period of time for more than two years will receive employment contracts for an indefinite period of time after the testing. He emphasized that the Post of Serbia must be a modern company that provides services in all segments, which is why digitalization and the introduction of new services are being rapidly worked on.
Director of the Postal Network Function, Dejan Šijak and his Deputy, Viktor Kostić, informed the post office managers about further plans for the development of the postal network, the renewal of the delivery fleet with new vehicles acquired through operational leasing, and explained in detail the Regulations on the classification of post offices.
As part of the previously determined plan for holding meetings with all post office managers throughout the country, the next meeting will be held in Zrenjanin.
