Đorđević with the French ambassador
His Excellency Ambassador of France Pierre Cochard and Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, discussed the continuation of cooperation between the Posts of Serbia and France in all priority areas of postal activity.
At the meeting held at the Main Post Office, one of the topics was the implementation of the eNotary service, which is being developed by the Post of Serbia and which will be used for storing electronic documents and archiving in the notarial activity in Serbia. Since the Ministry of Justice of Serbia, the Chamber of Public Notaries of Serbia and the High Council of Notaries Public of France have signed a Memorandum on cooperation in the field of digitization, France provides great support to the notary public of Serbia and the establishment of a system by which the archives will be digitized.
The interlocutors concluded that the strengthening of direct links between the two national postal operators is necessary, as well as that it contributes to the expansion of market and economic relations between Serbia and France, and the development of economic and cultural cooperation.
On this occasion, Đorđević announced a meeting of the heads of the post offices of the two countries, as the next step in the process of realizing plans for cooperation.
