Top management with post managers in Zaječar, Bor and Jagodina
Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević and Deputy Director of the Postal Network Function, Viktor Kostić, today held meetings with post managers from work units in Zaječar, Bor and Jagodina, in accordance with the planned activities for timely informing and more efficient communication with employees of the Enterprise.
"Our wish is for all employees to be acquainted with current events in the Enterprise so that we can function as a team in the interest of the Post of Serbia." The management works transparently, carefully making decisions that will enable the Post of Serbia to be a successful enterprise and for the workers to be proud to work in our large system. That is why we are constantly investing, working on new projects and investments, in order to create conditions for good results of all work units and each post office individually", said Zoran Đorđević.
The Deputy Director of the Postal Network Function, Viktor Kostić, informed the managers about the further plans of the postal network, with a special emphasis on classifying post offices. He also explained the system of rotating managers, whose goal is to achieve the best possible operating results of post offices.
The managers were also introduced to the opportunities for additional income of employees in technology through cooperation with the subsidiary "PostPro", and also the system of stimulation and correction of salaries was explained.
