New post office and the first parcel machine at railway station in Novi Sad
Within the renovated railway station in Novi Sad, the new post office 21110 Novi Sad started operating and the first parcel machine of the Post of Serbia was installed, which marked the test phase of this new service. The opening was attended by Acting Director of the PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević and the Mayor of Novi Sad, Miloš Vučević.
The post office is located in the hall of the railway station, at the address Jaša Tomića No. 4 and is located at the existing counters No. 7 and No. 8. It will provide reception and inpayment and outpayment services, and is open to users on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The test phase of the new service of the Post of Serbia began today with the installation of the first parcel machine at the railway station in Novi Sad. Parcel machines of the Post of Serbia will be installed throughout the country and will enable users to manage the delivery of their postal items via mobile phone and pick them up at locations and at a time that suits them.
