Post of Serbia proclaimed the Best Employee of 2021
The Post of Serbia proclaimed the best employee of 2021, and this prestigious title was taken by Mirjana Ristanović, senior controller at Post Office 11080 Belgrade 80. Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, presented a plaque to his colleague Ristanović as part of a ceremony held at the Company's headquarters.
“We are proud of the opportunities to promote and reward the most successful employees who have distinguished themselves in our numerous team by performing particularly demanding, technological work and thus directly contributed to the high quality of service, but also to the indicators of business success we record. Congratulations to my colleague on truly exceptional results, which made her stand out in a very strong competition at the review of the best employees in the past year. The management of the Post of Serbia remains committed to investing in the further development of our overall human resources and the improvement of working conditions, the material position of employees, their satisfaction and motivation”, said Director Đorđević.
At the Post of Serbia, the “Best Employee” awards are given on a quarterly basis to the best employees engaged at technological jobs within the Company, based on the highest marks for quality and scope of work, expertise, communication quality, flexibility, motivation and initiative, as well as additional criteria such as the praise received by customers, and among the winners in all quarters, the best employee of the year is selected.
